The investigative agency Argo was founded on July 28, 1989 in one of the most distinctive and central areas of Rome — the Prati district — from the idea of four retired Carabinieri Officers who, sharing common goals, decided to put their many years of experience at the service of those in need. The agency’s offices are located within a private condominium that ensures maximum discretion for those who visit, while also offering convenience and accessibility thanks to its proximity to the Ottaviano metro station and a private garage available for our clients.

Rita Urzia joins the company — a licensed private detective with over thirty years of experience, a background in administration and management, and a successful author and entrepreneur. Her contribution brings new perspectives and broadens the company’s range of expertise.
Dr. Matteo Adjimi joins the company — holder of a second-level Master’s degree in Criminology and Forensic Sciences, licensed private detective with over ten years of experience, and current CEO of Argo Investigazioni. The company’s multidisciplinary nature is further strengthened, expanding its approach to investigative sciences.
The well-established investigative expertise combined with advanced technical skills in the cyber field gave rise to Argo Cyber — a highly technological and specialized project, unique in its kind, which relies on the contribution of highly qualified professionals and the use of cutting-edge IT technologies.
Argo opens a new office in Milan, at Via San Pietro all’Orto 9, just a few steps from the Duomo. “An important decision driven by the desire to remain close to the many partners we have built relationships with over the agency’s 30-year history,” commented CEO Dr. Matteo Adjimi.
In a challenging year marked by a global pandemic, Argo continued its growth, expanding onto the international stage. A new office was opened in London, near Trafalgar Square, to be even closer to — and provide greater support for — multinational companies and government institutions.
